Hong Kong RHENUS Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. We mainly focus on mine equipment, especially gearing components producing, maintenance, upgrading. And also, we are good at electric drive system designing, upgrading and producing.
We have R&D teams in the United States, China Shanghai and Xi’an separately, mainly working on mechanical drive and electric drive. They originally mostly worked in GE, Caterpillar and other international well-known enterprises；
The company is one of the American Gear's investors and American Gear's global strategic partners. American Gear undertakes in RHENUS's design and upgrading business. The company's products have its own intellectual property rights and technical characteristics. The senior engineers from the United States control the quality and provide technical guidance for our technical services team.
The Company has bonded warehouse in Shanghai, Hong Kong and the United States to ensure the smooth progress of imports of the company's core components, storage of imports and exports and transportations.
Our manufacturers are mostly OEM manufacturer of large-scale mining equipment companies (P & H, Bucyrus, GE, Caterpillar, etc), such as TIMKEN and American Roller Bearings (co-developed high-performance bearings), BFG and OCG (co-developed special gear), HORSBURGH-SCOTT (large diameter gear) and AGI (gear R & D and manufacturing),etc. The professional design, manufacture and optimization capabilities ensure the quality of spare parts is not less than or better than the original manufacturer.
With years of in-depth cooperation with domestic and foreign well-known manufacturers, as well as external financing capacity, the company can provide quality assembly and large mining equipment leasing services.
